Southwest Surgery Center

Challenge: Design and construct an outpatient surgery center on a specific site previously owned by the client.

Solution: Peak worked closely with Boulder Architects, a design firm specializing in healthcare facilities, to plan and construct a surgery center that included four operating rooms, a procedure room, expansion capabilities for a future recovery care center, and all in accordance with the Village of Mokena, the State of Illinois Certificate of Need parameters, and the State of Illinois Board of Health requirements.
