Challenge: Design and construct a new warehouse facility.

Solution: Peak worked closely with George Butler Associates to design and construct a modern warehouse distribution facility which architecturally exceeded the City of Lenexa criteria for Renner Boulevard, provided 24’ foot clear racking capability, incorporated an ESFR fire sprinkler system, metal halide lighting, and gas fired energy efficient heating.
