Renner Ridge Park Infrastructure

Challenge: Design and construct roads and utilities to effectively provide access and building utility services.
Solution: Peak worked closely with George Butler Associates, a design firm, and the City of Lenexa to plan and construct road and utility improvements that would permit appropriate lot depth dimensions, and adequate utility flexibility with respect to building and company needs that would occur in the future.
The final design and project improvements incorporated storm water management utilizing natural stone spillways, environmental site enhancement and preservation of native and natural grasses, large open space building and parking area setbacks consisting of both natural and managed landscape areas, and a winding vehicle access boulevard highlighting the natural land topography and highly landscaped corporate campus.
The park has since accommodated several Class A office buildings and attracted tenants and corporations seeking an office park environment with high quality infrastructure and an attractive environment.
