Precedent South Distribution

Challenge: Design and complete a modern large user multi-tenant, high cube, cross-dock warehouse.

Solution: Peak worked closely with JRA Architects to design and complete a 442,737- square-foot, 36’ clear facility that is expandable to one million square feet. The facility is a cross-dock structure that utilizes air power levelers, high flexural strength laser screed finished concrete floors, metal halide adjustable lights, an ESFR fire pump charged sprinkler system.

The building features energy efficient, roof mounted, gas fired make up air units, an addressable fire alarm system, and flexible utility distribution permitting up to six separate tenant spaces. The facility is 100% occupied by Arbonne International and other tenants. Peak has also completed interior improvements in the building.
