Mullins Food Products

Challenge: Design and construct a modern food processing facility on an existing site.

Solution: Mullins Food Products is a supplier to both McDonald’s and Arby’s fast food chains. Peak worked closely with multiple designers to partially demolish an existing structure; build a new 200,000 square foot pre-cast manufacturing facility; provide multiple food processing rooms; construct a modern test kitchen for batch simulation, and refurbish an existing 250,000 square foot warehouse with new lighting, painting, HVAC, and appropriately protected truck dock spaces per FDA requirements.
