Kraft Distribution Facility

Challenge: Design and construct a modern warehouse distribution facility.

Solution: Peak worked closely with Harris Architects to design and complete interior improvements to permit 24-hour multi-shift operation of a fully automated picking, packing and conveyor distribution facility. The scope of work included washrooms, locker rooms, lunchroom, and parking for 150 employees. New exterior truck docks, special remote mezzanine – located emergency refuge spaces, and additional exit doors were required to permit the product designed automation system to be installed in the facility.
