Challenge: Design and construct a modern commercial printing facility on a specific site previously owned by the client.

Solution: Peak worked closely with Heitman Architects to plan and construct a facility that was architecturally acceptable to the Village of Schaumburg requirements for high profile visibility on Meacham Road, provided effective employee and product flow, and incorporated cost-effective electrical and process distribution networks.

In addition, Peak utilized numerous design techniques such as a decorative detention water fall feature at the entrance to the site, interior wood framed glass walls, executive office accent skylights, and highly durable and decorative wall and floor finishes accommodating both retail walk-in and corporate customer visitors.
