Fox Valley Apartment Complex and Clubhouse

Challenge: Design and enhance an existing apartment complex at a specified budget.

Solution: Peak worked closely with Balsamo Olson to design and modify the exterior of the apartments by adding new accent features, changing siding colors and fascias, incorporating new covered apartment entrances, replacing roofing and changing venting details. Peak replaced the failed asphalt pavement and completed a new complex clubhouse featuring a computer/cyber area, a social audio and video surround sound theater, and a fitness area filled with equipment linked to computer-managed individual workouts.
