Challenge: Design and construct a modern envelope manufacturing facility.

Solution: Peak worked closely with Archideas, a design firm, to plan and construct a facility that segregated truck and car access; provided effective employee and product flow and incorporated cost-effective electrical and process distribution networks. In addition, Peak utilized numerous design techniques such as varying office height ceilings, interior glass walls, and highly durable and decorative wall and floor finishes to accommodate frequent Diamond customer tours and visits.
