Coca-Cola Bottling Park City

Challenge: Design and complete a full facility renovation and expansion with minimum disruption to a seven day a week bottling distribution operation.

Solution: Peak worked closely with Dobrin Associates to design and complete a full facility renovation and expansion with minimal disruption of day-to-day operations. This project included wetland delineation, a 129-car parking expansion, a secured 33-trailer lot creation, sequencing of concrete floor replacement, concrete joint repair, replacement of all warehouse lighting with metal halide, complete interior painting, renovation of cooler service and vehicle maintenance repair, 15,000 square feet of new and refurbished office, and replacement of all existing truck dock equipment.
