Assisted Living Benton

Challenge: Design and construct a 77,000-square-foot assisted living facility on a selected site in Benton, Ill.

Solution: Peak worked closely with Gleason Architects to design and construct a cost effective assisted living facility that exceeded the Illinois Department of Aid requirements. Work included wood frame construction during the winter, completion of four (4) cost-effective two-story wing elements accommodating up to 100 residents intersecting at a two story entrance lobby with a shared dining area, social room, and facility medical and staff offices.
