Alberto Culver

Challenge: Special product permitting could have delayed schedule requiring full occupancy within ten weeks of design.
Solution: Peak successfully completed the construction management of the 456,000-square-foot shell building through a national developer. Alberto-Culver then selected Peak to design, permit and construct a variety of interior scopes of work pertaining to offices, washrooms, warehouse components, and specialty product containment improvements.
The design and construction of this interior work required research, numerous municipal meetings and the execution of construction activities simultaneously with the completion of the shell building improvements by other entities. By working closely with the other entities, Peak was able to successfully provide the desired occupancy in multiple phases and the full occupancy within ten weeks of beginning design.
