50 Northwest Point Parking Garage

Challenge: Design and construct a 180,000 square foot, 462 space parking garage without disruption to 1,000 parking spaces utilized daily by office occupied tenants on a two building campus. Errors in scheduling could have derailed this project right at the start.

Solution: Peak Construction gave special attention and delivered logistical consideration provided to be victorious with minimal disruption to daily activities. This design build project involved the successful design and delivery of pre-cast panels with a sand blasted finish and a curtain wall stair tower glass design that closely matched and complimented the existing components.
