R. Joseph Sullivan

Director of New Business Development

Joe Sullivan has over ten years experience in the sales, marketing and construction fields. He was successful in the establishment of on-going client relationships with international companies Coca-Cola and DHL Global Mail.

His attention to detail, ability to create a mutually acceptable summary of project expectations, and strong leadership skills enabled both entities to partially occupy buildings and conduct business while facility modifications were staged and sequenced in a planned manner.

Prior to joining Peak, Joe participated in the 1990’s dotcom/telecommunications boom as a regional sales manager for NET-tel Communications/Midcom Communications, a Tier One Internet carrier and full-service telecommunications firm. Joe started there as a sales representative in 1996, and held positions of increasing responsibility until he joined Peak in 2001.

As a Regional Sales Manager, Joe oversaw every aspect of eight offices in the Central Region, and was responsible for more than five million dollars in new monthly revenue. While a majority of his responsibility was customer retention, he also coordinated the sales training program for the company as a whole. Joe was employed as a sales representative for Keebler from 1993-1996, following his graduation with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Winona State University, Winona, Minnesota, and he has completed 10 hours of OSHA safety training.
