James Michael

Project Manager

James Michael is a Project Engineer for Peak Construction Corporation. James works closely with senior management professionals to complete a variety of project required day-to-day tasks for design/build and hard bid projects.

He utilizes his proficiency with specific project management software to complete bidding, scheduling, design coordination, payment application change order processing, and project close out documentation. In addition he assists the senior project management staff with the documentation for permitting, LEED certification, land entitlement, and research into alternative building materials and systems. James utilizes his personal attributes of determination and dedication, which resulted in the achievement of all conference football center as a high school senior, to execute and successfully implement strategies resulting in added value for our clients. James graduated from Western Illinois University where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management with a Minor in Marketing. He was also actively involved in Western Illinois’ Construction Management Association and the Associated Schools of Construction Competition’s Commercial Division.
