Jack Daluga

Project Manager

Jack Daluga performs a wide range of Project Management duties for Peak Construction Corporation. He works closely with senior management professionals to complete a variety of tasks required from conceptual design/build to plan & spec estimates. He is involved with all areas of the construction process from inception to closeout.

Jack has experience on numerous design build office / warehouse facilities and specific experience with building public utility service consolidation as well as single service divisibility and asbestos abatement. Jack has a strong work ethic along with exceptional communication skills which he utilizes to help projects get completed on time and on budget. His knowledge of specific project management softwares help him complete bidding, scheduling, design coordination, payment applications, change order processing, and project close out documentation with speed and accuracy.

In addition, he assists Peak’s project management staff with the documentation for permitting, LEED certification, land entitlement, and research into alternative building materials and systems. Jack holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Dayton (Ohio) as well as a Construction Management Technology accreditation from College of Lake County (Grayslake, Ill.).
