Dale Carter

Senior Project Manager

Dale Carter is a Senior Project Manager in Peak Construction Corporation suburban Chicago office. He has provided valuable contributions to multiple projects for clients including Alberto-Culver, Coca-Cola, Trammell Crow, and Castle Metals.

His genuine interest in facility design provides numerous contributions to our clients’ projects including providing alternative engineering ideas, serving as a challenge facilitator, and recommending value-added project solutions.

Dale is a Licensed Architect in the State of Illinois and brings more than 25 years of industry experience to Peak. His experience spans all commercial real estate product types, and includes both public and private sector work. His career has included tenure at several Chicago area firms, including V3 Construction Group, WM Construction, Wight Development Corporation, Butternut Creek Development and Robert C. Ranquest and Associates.

He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois and has studied at the Ecole Des Beaux-Arts in Versailles, France. Additionally, Dale has completed 30 hours of OSHA safety training.
