Bill Nielsen

Field Superintendent

As Field Superintendent with Peak Construction Corporation’s suburban Chicago office, Bill is responsible for complete job site construction, beginning with permits and ending with client satisfaction. Bill brings over 33 years of experience in construction services, ranging from carpenter apprentice, to site manager and project superintendent.

A few of the projects he has led in the Chicago area are properties for: Alberto Culver; Pampered Chef, Shinnyo-En Buddhist Temple; Hyatt, Marriott, and Granda Royal Hotels; the Japanese Consulate; AT&T corporate headquarters; QWEST Communications; General Medical Corporation; Hoffman Estate Medical Center; Belmont, West Suburban, McHenry, and Hoffman Estate Hospitals; City of Chicago Police Department; American Airlines; and American West renovation and expansion at O’Hare International Airport.

Prior to joining Peak Construction, Bill provided superintendent services for HCA and Medline, located on the Gulf Coast.

Bill has served in the U.S. Army National Guard; attended Washburn Trade School as a Union Carpenter; and has completed 10 hours of OSHA safety training.
