Mike Sullivan is a 30-year veteran of the design-build construction industry, and has taken Peak Construction, founded in 1997, from a small local firm into a national design-build construction and construction management corporation with projects completed in more than 13 states, and is currently operating out of corporate offices in the Chicago Suburb of Des Plaines, Ill.

Executive Vice President, Operations
John W. Reilly joined Peak in May 2006 as Vice President. John is primarily responsible for operations and design build project management including estimating, recruiting, quality, safety, financial reporting, training and career development and operating procedures. John brings 14 years of design build and operational experience to Peak.

Vice President, Sales & Marketing
Michael Kaufman joined Peak Construction Corporation as Vice President. Mike is primarily responsible for Business Development, Sales and Marketing. Mike is a construction engineer and brings over 26 years of design build experience to Peak. He has previously held executive positions for design build and general contracting companies in which he has delivered more than $500 million in design build projects throughout the United States.

Gregory W. Freehauf joined Peak in 2009 as Vice President. Greg is primarily responsible for Sales, Marketing and Pre-Construction for Peak. Greg brings over 25 years of design build experience to Peak.

Joe Sullivan has over ten years experience in the sales, marketing and construction fields. He was successful in the establishment of on-going client relationships with international companies Coca-Cola and DHL Global Mail.

Gary Janko became a partner and investor in Peak Construction Corporation in 2004. Although not involved with day-to-day activities of the company, Gary brings 30 years of experience in the finance, acquisition, development and management of real estate to the company. His role includes focusing on the business development and strategic planning of the company with an emphasis on marketing and fiscal responsibility.

Field Superintendent
As Field Superintendent with Peak Construction Corporation’s suburban Chicago office, Tony is responsible for all aspects of job site construction.
Tony oversees on-site construction including permits, civil and structural plan reviews, scheduling subcontractors, safety programs, general building maintenance, and field issues and change order redirects.

Dale Carter is a Senior Project Manager in Peak Construction Corporation suburban Chicago office. He has provided valuable contributions to multiple projects for clients including Alberto-Culver, Coca-Cola, Trammell Crow, and Castle Metals.

Bill brings over 33 years of experience in construction services, ranging from carpenter apprentice, to site manager and project superintendent.

Superintendent
Bill Sullivan manages the estimating platform and process for Peak Construction Corporation. Bill is involved in management of historical cost information and the maintenance of the market segment estimating and cost templates utilized by the project management professionals providing timely and current budgeting information to our clients.

Jack Daluga performs a wide range of Project Management duties for Peak Construction Corporation. For the past year and a half, Tim has been performing restoration on three-flats, homes, and condos. Prior to joining Peak, Tim was employed by Ameri-Con Enterprises, a mid-size, project management/owner’s representative company where he performed a variety of tasks including work on Northwestern Memorial Hospital-Emergency Department.
