Peak Construction Corporation Promotes John Reilly, Jim Michael, Hires on Three New Employees

Mike Sullivan, Jr., President of Peak Construction Corporation, is proud to announce the following promotions: John Reilly to Executive Vice President and Jim Michael to Project Manager, while also welcoming Michael Kaufman, Jack Daluga, and Tim Heine to Peak.

John Reilly joined Peak in May 2006 as Vice President and is primarily responsible for company daily operations and project management.  With 19 years of industry experience on detailed and complex projects, John has proven integral to Peak’s success.  Jim Michael, who has been with Peak for five years, remains a reliable asset and is currently the Project Manager for a new Hilton Garden Inn in Cedar Falls, IA and a Homewood Suites Hotel in Coralville, IA, both scheduled for completion in 2012.

Michael Kaufman joins Peak as Vice President, Sales & Marketing.  Mike is primarily responsible for Business Development, Sales and Marketing.  He is a construction engineer and brings over 26 years of national design build experience to Peak.  Jack Daluga performs a range of Project Management duties for Peak.  Jack has experience on numerous design build, office-warehouse facilities and specific experience with building public utility service consolidation.  Jack holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Dayton (Ohio) as well as a Construction Management Technology accreditation from College of Lake County (Grayslake, Ill).

Tim Heine joins Peak as a Project Superintendent.  He is currently working on-site for a medical office renovation and a new Medical Office Building. Tim is a 2005 graduate of the  University of Wisconsin-Madison.
