Des Plaines, IL (August 16, 2018) — Peak Construction Corporation has been awarded Black Creek Group’s two building O’Hare development. The facility on Sesame Street in Bensenville will be a 116,294 square foot speculative facility with 32’ clear height, 106 parking spaces, 18 dock positions and two drive-in doors. The speculative facility at Wall and LaSalle Streets in Mt. Prospect will be 132,270 square feet with 32’ clear height, 176 parking spaces, 27 dock positions and two drive-in doors. Both projects recently broke ground and are expected to be completed by the end of the year. Peak joins the O’Hare Project Team along with Dayton Street Partners as the Developer/Construction Manager and who assembled and secured both sites and put together the development teams, Cornerstone Architects as the Architect, Cage Civil Engineering as the Civil Engineer on the Bensenville facility and SpaceCo Inc. as the Civil Engineer on the Mt. Prospect facility.
