Des Plaines, IL (March 12, 2019) — Peak Construction Corporation has been awarded the renovation of Senju America Inc.’s Solder Manufacturing Facility in Wheeling, IL. The 21,800 square foot facility was built in 1995. The renovation includes updates and modifications to 4,800 SF of office, cafeteria and showroom and converting 17,000 SF of warehouse space into a production environment. Peak is teamed with Mitchell Associates Architects. The project is slated for completion in June 2019.
