John Reilly joined Peak in 2006 and is a highly strategic and results oriented executive.  John’s primary responsibilities include all aspects of the day-to-day operations, estimating, recruiting, quality, safety, financial reporting, training and career development.  John works with clients to promote collaboration throughout the entire team and ensures that a client’s vision is understood at every step of the project.

Expertise

John brings over 25 years of design/build and operational experience to Peak, primarily in the hospitality and healthcare sectors.  His academic focus on architecture provides a great sensitivity to industry specific details and understanding of technical complexities, results in successful, award-winning projects and lasting client relationships.

Experience

Prior to joining Peak, John held executive positions with Power Construction and McClier Corporation in Chicago, in which he delivered more than $350 million in design-build projects.  John’s experience ranges from $2 – $150 million projects across markets including healthcare, hospitality, industrial, office, retail and specialty projects. John has built esteemed projects for national and global clients such as Coca Cola, Marriott International, Hilton Worldwide, San Francisco Chronicle, Scripps Treasure Coast Publishing, New York Times, New York Post, John G. Shedd Aquarium, Adventist Health Systems, Advocate Health Care, Barilla Pasta, and the Brookfield Zoo.
